Glider is about flow. It's about finding the rhythm of the wave and surfing within it, with smooth transitions, connection to the pocket, and a style of surfing that feels more like gliding than effort. The Lufi Glider collection offers two paths: the Easy Glider, which is more classic, for those who want to enjoy every inch of the wave, and the Super Glider, for those who want that same flow on bigger and heavier waves.

What is a Glider surfboard?

A glider surfboard is designed for one thing: making you feel in harmony with the wave. With a generous outline, smooth rocker, and rails that facilitate connection with the water, the glider prioritizes smooth transitions, glide, and intelligent wave positioning. It is not about top speed or radical maneuvers. It is about enjoying every second on the wave in your own way.

Who is the longboard for?

The Easy Glider is the most classic surfboard in the family. 50/50 rails, 10" Cruisy fin, and an outline that connects you with the flow of the wave. For waves up to 1 meter, it works in any condition. It is the board for those who want style expression, positioning in the pocket, and transitions that feel natural.

The Super Glider is for when the waves get bigger and heavier. More rocker, 40/60 rails with edge, 2+1 setup. It maintains the glider DNA of good paddling and wave connection, but with a greater capacity for tight turns and handling waves with more power.

Who is the Glider board for?

For those who want to enjoy surfing in a different way. Who aren't looking for the most radical maneuver, but the most pleasurable feeling on the wave. The glider rewards those who read the ocean well, who know how to position themselves, and who find pleasure in the flow and smooth transitions. It is a board for a surfer who already has some foundation and wants to explore a new path in surfing.

Which waves to surf on a Glider?

It depends on the model. The Easy Glider works very well in waves up to 1 meter; the smoother they are and the better the pocket, the better. The Super Glider expands the range to larger and heavier waves, where the flow glider finds more wave power to work with. In common: both require wave reading and prefer well-shaped waves.
