ABOUT THE MODEL

The Easy Glider has an outline that connects with the wave's flow and delivers classic-style surfing. It gains less speed and makes smoother transitions, by design: it is a board for expressing style, not for racing. Recommended for intermediate level and up, in waves up to one meter.

This unit is a 9'4" with 74.2 liters.

And it is made of PU, which changes how it rides. PU is denser than EPS, so this board comes in at 7.7 kg. This weight works in its favor on the nose: it holds the trim, crosses through dead sections without losing speed, and prevents the board from being tossed around by the wind or choppy water. It is the classic longboard glide. Inside runs a basswood stringer, and the PU also flexes more than EPS, so the board responds under your feet rather than feeling rigid.
