In the 2+1 setup, the Longboard 2+1 7" Fin Set includes the center fin and the two side fins. To make the center fin smaller and looser in transitions, swap it for the Middy Center 8" Fin.

ABOUT THE MODEL

The Gladiator started as a The One and evolved from there. Lufi refined the outline, narrowed the tail, and adjusted the bottom contours. It took months of prototyping until the water flow was exactly how he wanted it. What remains is a longboard that holds a hang five and hang ten just like The One, but responds off the tail like a smaller board. For those already riding The One who want more looseness, this is the one.

This unit is 9'2" with 70.31 liters.

And it's PU, which changes the way it rides. PU is denser than EPS, so this board comes in at 7.5 kg. This weight works in your favor on the nose: it holds the trim, crosses dead sections without losing speed, and keeps the board from getting tossed by wind or choppy water. It’s that classic longboard glide. It features a basswood stringer, and the PU flexes more than EPS, so the board responds under your feet instead of feeling stiff.
